When you need more than a check-in

Sometimes you or a loved one might need more consistent support to feel your best. Mental health needs can change over time, and that's why there are different levels of more structured care available.

How to know if you need more structured care

If occasional appointments or weekly care doesn't feel like enough

If you or a loved one needs consistent support or supervision to feel safe or stable

If someone needs more structure during a difficult period, like recovery or treatment

More structured care includes ...

Coordinated support

If you or a loved one needs more than just occasional appointments to feel stable, you can get reliable, everyday support that helps with both mental health and substance use.

Intensive coordinated care can include
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated care team
  • Regular check-ins
  • Help coordinating mental health, housing, or daily needs

More frequent, coordinated care is available through Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) or Wraparound programs.
