The MCRT is available 24/7 anywhere in San Diego County. If it's the right fit for your situation, a team of three caring professionals (a mental health clinician, a peer support specialist, and a case manager) may come to you. They respond without involving law enforcement.
The PERT is available across San Diego County from 6:00 a.m. to midnight. The team is made up of a mental health professional and a specially trained law enforcement officer.

CSUs offer 24/7 urgent care to prevent or treat a mental health crisis. There are 6 locations around the county, including one for children under 18, and no appointment is needed to get help.
The San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital has walk-in emergency mental health services. They’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Available across the county, Behavioral Health Clinics offer both appointments and walk-in hours. You can get urgent help or support for medications, case management, and more.
